At AkzoNobel Powder Coatings we supply eight key market segments: appliance, architectural, automotive, functional, furniture, general industry, general trade coaters and IT - with our Global brands Interpon？ and Resicoat？.

Responsibilities:
？Drive demand planning with China sites
？Provides key input to the regional business planning process
？Support China Supply Chain manager to do S&OP process
？Represents the China planning functions and services to senior management levels
？Ensure capabilities and competencies of all planning processes and people

Additional Information:
？At least bachelor degree, majoring in supply chain management, business management etc.
？3 to 5 years experience in demanding planning and S&OP processes
？Good communication skills, both written and verbal
？Ability to adapt, excite, engage and drive change. Drive and improve employee engagement during change.
？Has successfully moved an organization from pure tactical to supply chain excellence
？Is skilled at driving and managing change (people and teams issues).
？Is a trusted individual with a strong personality, able to 'tell how it is” (trust has been earned)
？Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail. Exceptional computer literacy, probably experience with Mfg Pro systems.
？Has empathy for Sales and Marketing and customer needs.
