Senior Channel program manager

Responsibilities
? Lead a project team to evaluate the current channel model
? Identify room for improvements
? Strengthen customer engagement
? Address the operational inefficiencies
? Minimize systemic integrity issues
? Build a team to implement the strategy within an agreed timeline

Requirement:
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including English skills in writing, reading and speaking
? Ability to understand end-audience needs and requirements
? Client and customer focused in all aspects
? Process Orientated Willingness to assist others and understand customer requirements
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Well developed professional attributes, including decisiveness, commitment, initiative, energy and drive
? Can work autonomously but is also a team player
? Ability to work effectively in a team environment
? Self motivated and positive, outgoing and friendly

Qualifications:
? Multi-year work experience in MNC, medical equipment industry preferred
? Have commercial experience, can draft contract format
? Have channel management experience
? Process and Quality mindset
? Understanding to Import/Export transaction
? Good communication skills
? Based in Shanghai
? Bachelors degree and/or Masters
