职位描述
1、负责医院电梯的日常运行，值班和清洁工作，密切监视和掌握电梯运行状态，根据各流变化，及时做好调理工作；
2、熟悉和掌握电梯系统的（应急处理程序和措施），如遇紧急情况，应保持镇定，采取必要应急方法，及时排除电梯故障，并向领导汇报；
3、按时完成电梯设备的定期保养项目和维修任务，定期开展电梯安全性能测试和运行安全检查，做好防火事故工作；
4、根据维保程序及细则定期检查，及时排除故障,保证正常电梯设备正常运行；
5、负责电梯日常保养、维修及大中修时期的技术指导工作。
任职要求：
1.年龄25-50岁，有两年以上的电梯维护工作经验；
2.有技术监督局认可的电梯维修上岗证及劳动部门认可的电工上岗证。
3、持有《电梯作业特种操作证》，有中级以上的电工等级证，有物业管理相同岗位工作经验；
4、有出色的动手解决问题能力，沟通、协调能力强；
