Key Areas of Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the recruitment process in the region. Proactively follow up recruitment process and provide timely feedback to both hiring managers and candidates. Ensure we can achieve overall recruitment target；

2. Manage the in-out employment process and the daily HR operation in the region；

3. Maintain the HR systems and make sure the record correct；

4. Involve in the culture activities programs；

5. Responsible for regular HR reports and analysis；

6. Any other projects or works assigned；

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in HR management or related filed；

2. With 1 year and above proven experience in HR function, FMCG is preferred；

3. Be able to work under pressure, result oriented, logic thinking & open minded；

4. Good communication and coordination skills；

5. Good learning agility and working attitude；
