Job description:
Our client is a fortune 500 pharmaceutical company which is looking for an excellent candidate to work in their R&D center as a senior clinical research scientist.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure the whole process of the research is following the regulations of SFDA and ICH-GCP
-lead a therapeutic area clinical development team on a project, providing training and monitoring as required
- Be responsible for clinical trial planning, execution and tracking in relevant therapeutic area
- Hire, train, supervise team of CRAs and allocate trials in assigned territory
- Maintain good and effective communications with all functional contacts
- Assist Clinical Operation Manager in the development and implementation of business plan
- Assisting Clinical Operation Manager / Affiliate Quality Coordinator in process control and improvement
- Development of technical and personal skills
- Data analysis and documentation work
- Reports To: Associate Clinical Research Director
Requirements:
Education& Experience:
- Bachelor degree with 5 years clinical research working experiences or master with 3 years clinical research working experiences (especially for Oncology research)
- Customer focus and teamwork
- Organizational commitment and result oriented
Languages:
- Fluent spoken and written English capabilities
Computer skills:
- Skilful at Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Microsoft project
