Responsibilities;
To be responsible for building construction projection management (new plant)
To manage production facilities for achieving key performance indicators in manufacturing - OEE, Customers complaint index , headcount , on-time delivery , accident rate , yield etc.
Control the commercial transformation cost as per the lean standard.
Manage inventory of raw material and product by well organized production planning.
Ensure the product quality to reduce returned product and cost and avoid unnecessary customer complaint .
Manage the delivery procedure and progress to ensure a complete customer service process.
Ensure the production safety by the means of policy & procedure , training & education , award & penalty .
Supervise QA , maintenance (CapEx , OpEx , technial reconstruction ) , cost accountant , HR/Admin assistant in a matrix role .
Qualifications:
Tertiary eduction in technical or science discipline - mechanical , electrical , chemical , production Engineer .
Have good management skills - to lead , guide and motivate shop floor personnel .
Be a people developer , coach , mentor
Strong interpersonal skills .
Have deep understanding of manufacturing .
Have track record in project management in factory building in China and dealings whth local authority etc.
Have ten years experience in management position in manufacturing operations.
Strong oral and written Chinese and English in essential .
Conversant in application of Microsoft Office , Lotus Noes ,ERP system (BPCS) . Would be an advantage if incumbent can use AUTOCAD .
