职位描述

Job Responsibility:

1. Process customer orders/ changes/ returns according to established policies / procedures after confirming the stock availability and product allocation,

2. Communicate with customers (internal and external) on relevant information, e.g. payment method, delivery schedules and product availability, credit terms and coordinate with logistics and finance personnel.

3. Act as the first customer contact person to handle customer inquiries for assign product lines, such as pricing, order status, TDS, MSDS, etc. Provide feedback to the relevant sales personnel regarding order status and/or changes.

4. Prioritize delivery schedules based on customers’ delivery requirements and process electronically OA /promised shipment date /cut-off date etc. Liaise and track feedback from transportation or warehousing service providers /CSD / logistics /site operations etc to ensure timely order delivery.

5. Collect, document and consolidate customers’ problems/ complaints into defined system. Initiate coordination with the relevant personnel such as sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance, to solve problems and to ensure the necessary corrective actions taken in accordance with serving standards. Alert supervisor/sales supervisor any unmet customer needs.

6. Establish and maintain customers master data coordinated with related functions including sales/ credit control/ DIG. Coordinating pricing and commission issues according to established policies /procedures.

7. Handle shipping documents if necessary; Prepare monthly reports accordingly.

Job Requirement:

  1. Bacholer degree, Majored in international trade or logistics

  2. Order processing experience, knowledge in international transportation, foreign trade process, etc., ability to work and communicate clearly in English environment(ERP order management experience; chemical related logistics experience as a plus; fluent oral English, experience living or studying abroad as a plus)

  3. Up to 1 Years(MNCs experience)

  4. Open-minded, Proactive, customer-focus, Interpersonal skills, Team work/Collaboration English speaker
