职位描述
RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Domestic working place rotation to complete the program training;
2. Learn professional skills and knowledge from each Finance Supervisor;
3. Liaise and work closely with colleagues on every working place in order to understand the finance system of Textron;
4. Manage financial and currency processes and transactions in accordance with policy and law, and ensure timely collection of payment from each departments’ accounts;
5. Collect and analyze finance information and data;
6. Manage, organize, and update relevant finance data periodically;
7. Familiar with related finance system.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting. Excellent academic record;
2. Demonstrated leadership experience and analytical ability;
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Flexible and adaptable working time;
5. Good computer skills, especially excel. The experience of operating finance system preferred;
6. Relevant academic and work experience preferred.
