POSITION SUMMARY / 职位概要
The engineer in this position is primarily responsible for developing electrical products, especially on electrical ballast, led driver, emergency package design etc.
负责电子电器产品，特别是电子镇流器，led驱动电源，应急照明方案和灯具方面的电子电气的设计工作。

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / 职位职责
- To be responsible for electric products develop, electrical ballast, led driver, emergency solution development, for explosion proof fixtures, and marine lighting products;
- EMC solutions for lighting products, fluorescent lighting, led lightings etc.
- Electrical products regular standard compliance, and solutions.
- Create test plan, and verify electrical products, reliability.
- Lead to develop new product.


- 负责防爆灯具用的电子镇流器，led 电源，以及应急照明产品的开发。
- 负责灯具EMC方面的技术要求，并提供解决方案。
- 电子产品的安规标准的确认和解决方案。
- 电子产品的测试评估，可靠性的设计。
- 能独立领导新产品的开发

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS / 职位要求
 Bachelor degree or above in electrical Engineering related fields.
- 5 or more year experience in electrical ballast, led driver development and verification testing.
- Familiar with PCB layout, fluent to use design tools, like Protel, etc..
- Familiar with electrical products standards, safety, and EMC solution.
- Familiar with electrical components, parameters, fluent to use test facilities and equipment.
- Familiar with NPD process, good project management skill.
- Strong problem analyzing and shooting skills, strong responsibility and self-motivation.
- Strong English reading / writing skills. Good verbal is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skill.
- 本科（含）以上学历，电子电气工程相关专业；
- 熟悉电子镇流器，LED驱动电路设计，五年以上相关产品开发经验；
- 精通PCB电路板设计，熟悉设计软件(Protel等)；
- 熟悉电子产品的设计规范，安规，以及EMC解决方案；
- 熟悉常用电子元器件的规格，性能参数，熟练使用示波器等常用电路测试仪器。
- 熟悉新产品开发流程，和新产品开发的项目管理技能；
- 具较强的分析问题、独立解决问题的能力，工作认真，责任心强；
- 良好英语读/写能力。良好口语能力更佳
- 良好的沟通及协调能力
