职位描述：
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
State the primary function or overall purpose of your position.
Technical support and lighting layout/calculation solution development
Responsible for the feasibility and availability of proposed lighting layout solution;
Pre-sales support to customer, promotion activities with sales, customer training, support quotation and bidding, create lighting proposal and technical clarification both in office and customer site;
Propose economical lighting solutions for the customer;
Prepare customer training material and attend seminar for lighting layout design;
Site support during the installation and commissioning if necessary.
Keep other members of the management team informed of market developments;
Prepare and give technical presentations as required both internally and at clients premises which could, in some cases, be throughout the Asia Pacific region;
Help maintain and further existing accounts;
Advise customers on suitable layout for lighting fixture, this will hence require you to have a full appreciation of the product feature and their applications;
Operate in accordance with the Crouse-Hinds QA Manual and Operating Procedures;
Monitor orders through production, delivery and commissioning in order to ensure efficient completion and maximize margin;
Maintain a suitable documentation file for each project and assist with the general maintenance of the Engineering documentation centre, including technical files, sales order files, workshop and customer approval drawings, work instruction and any other relevant documentation as applicable to the complete quote through design and build process.
任职要求：
Bachelors Degree in engineering, optics preferred;
2 years or above lighting layout design experience and have plenty site support experience.;
Proficiency in Dialux layout design, AutoCAD , MS Office applications (such as MS word & MS Excel), are also essential;
Proactive and willing to take extra responsibility;
Quick learning, Passion.
Good communication skill.
