职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Major charge in application technology support for R&D new product development. To provide suggestion or proposal for new product development and current product modification.
2. Take charge in comprehensive products application technical service, including customer/sales technical support, dealing with customer complaints, and technical training for sales and customers.

Job Responsibility:
1. Major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer or related university graduated. Preferred in fine chemical engineering or organic chemical engineering.
2. Familiar Lab equipment, instrument and operation experience in coating fields.
3. More than 3 years professional experiences in formulator, TS or related study. Preferred in professional experiences in decorative coating systems.
4. Open-mindedness, integrity, conscientiously, responsibility and friendly. With interpersonal skills and team work spirit.
5. Good Mandarin oral skill and English reports skill on writing and reading.
岗位职责：
1. 负责新产品开发的应用技术支持评估，为产品改进或开发提供建议
2. 负责相关产品的应用技术服务，包括
（1） 新产品开发的应用技术评估 , 为销售人员及客户应用技术支持；
（2） 处理客户投诉及解决产品质量支持；
（3） 协助负责执行公司业务人员、经销商及客户的专业教育训练

岗位要求：
1. 化学、化工相关专业，本科以上学历（精细化工或有机化工专业优先)
2. 涂料相关行业技术开发或技术服务工作经验。具有良好的化学实验室动手操作能力，熟悉涂料用常规仪器、设备的使用。
3. 3年以上涂料相关行业技术开发或技术服务工作经验。（具有建築漆开发经验者优先）
4. 性格开朗、豁达，品行正直、工作认真，具有强烈的责任感及良好的人际沟通能力及团队合作精神。
5. 具有较佳的普通话讲解能力，及英文技术资料读写能力（具有较佳的英文口语者优先）
