Position Name: Vehicle Development Program Manager in China

Job description
The PAC Group is hiring project management discipline professionals to join its China operation.
Key attributes we are seeking include:
? 10+ years of prior working experience in a project management role within Vehicle development environment; automotive strongly preferred.
? Expert background in responsible for full lifecycle vehicle development area with large size OEMs.
? Familiar with Vehicle Conceptual and Attribute Planning, Vehicle Design, Test Validation and Production Launch.
? Expert background in implementing Project Management controls tools and techniques on site
? Prior experience in coordinating the activities within the overall project, timely completion using a disciplined planning process, and assuring that a high-quality project result is achieved.
? Familiarity with processes, procedures, required timing and deliverables necessary for facilities and / or equipment installations.
? Experience in implementing and executing Program Controls practices as an interface with machinery & equipment vendors.
? Ability to coordinate the program milestone dates & communicate effectively (visually and verbally) with client team.
? History of excellence in preparing accurate reporting and visual management tools for clients.
? Very strong knowledge of tracking and managing scope, timing, project integration, cost, risk, procurement and resources.
? Be capable to integrate all parties to achieve program targets.
? Excellent coordination skills to identify issues and solve the issues.
? Good planning skills
? Speaks, listens and writes in a clear, thorough and timely manner using effective communication tools and techniques.
? Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest to the project implementation.
? Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems and provide suggestions / efforts that enhance project effectiveness.
? Understand ethical behavior and business practices, and ensure that own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.

? Excellent English & Chinese speaking and communications skills
? Drive for results, e.g. overcoming roadblocks & supporting team synergy
? Business acumen and capability to understand commercial, procurement and logistic issues
? Must be highly-motivated and have excellent team working skills
? Enthusiasm for product excellence
? Willingness to travel as necessary
? History of excellent teamwork habits.
? Robust experience in producing effective reports (written & graphical content).
? Ability to multi-task; analytical thinking.
? Proactive and positive characteristics in dealing with clients and colleagues.
? Self-motivated to ensure excellence in work deliverables.
? Process-driven approach to solving consulting challenges.
? Sound computing skills in MS Office, MS Project, Outlook.
? Flexible working hours and ability to work on a variety of customer sites.
? Candidates should have the ability and/or desire to support projects in China / Worldwide.

EDUCATION:
? Bachelor degree in Vehicle Development Project Management; or corresponding related career experience.
? PMP is preferable.
Experience:
? Over 10 or more years’ experience in vehicle development
? Knowledge/experience of Automotive Industry
