The responsibilities are described as following:
？ Perform the pre-shipment inspection before the shipment of the PO in supplier site;
？ Perform the in-line inspection during the production period;
？ Perform sample review in NPI stages;
？ Communicate and escalate any abnormal issues detected in supplier side.
？ Write inspection reports and sample review reports to submit for review;
？ Coordinate other quality related issues on customer claim, after sales service and testing follow-up
作为一名德瑞兴的质检员，你的主要工作职责有：
？ 订单出货前执行出货检验；
？ 订单生产时执行在线检验；
？ 新产品导入阶段执行样品评估；
？ 撰写检验评估报告；
？ 与公司沟通汇报任何异常情况；
？ 协调管理其他品质相关问题：客户投诉，售后修补件以及测试项目跟进。

To fulfill the job tasks, you need to have the following skills:
？ Knowledge of furniture product, manufacturing process & raw materials;
？ Usage of tools: ruler, caliper, camera, MS software…etc.
？ Writing & Reading English
？ Coordination among different team members
为胜任工作职责，你需要具备如下技能：
？ 熟悉家具产品；
？ 熟悉常用工具的使用：卷尺，游标卡尺，相机，Office办公室软件等；
？ 良好的书面阅读英语能力；
？ 团队协作能力。

We are looking for a talent QC who is integrated and honest to be an eye of the company in the supplier field to present the facts going on and evaluate the potential risks. We are also expecting the potential candidate can develop and grow in more responsibilities other than QC.
