Description:
This is an Entry-level role for PV function, who is involved in basic PV Operation activities as below according to regulations, PV processes and BI policies.
- Monitoring PV public mailbox and Triage.
- Local PV regulatory submission activities.
- Administrative and logistic support for PV team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring PV public mailbox and Triage
- Monitoring PV public mailbox on each business day
- Preliminary assessment of each email and forward to the correspondence personnel.
- Forward CT, NPU and IIS cases if received in PV inbox to Global case management according defined timeline and procedure.
2. Local PV regulatory submission activities
- Submit regulatory reports to CFDA per local regulatory requirements.
- Handling of HA batch cases
- Send Submission tracker (Global processed cases/locally received cases) to Global
- CTMF preparation and archiving as well as forwarding Note to file to ClinOp team for filing.
3. PV administration
- Administrative and logistic support for PV team
- Administration of the vendors
- Handling of purchasing process
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Medical or pharmaceutical or bioscience graduate
- Ability to work under supervision in the team
- Ability to solve routine problems under supervision
- Smooth communication with coworkers, managers and clients .
