工作职责：
1、建立、完善公司财务管理制度和资本运营体系，保证财务各项工作顺畅并处于受控状态。遵守国家法律，接受有关部门的监督；
2、定期梳理集团公司财务管理制度、流程，以确保制度、流程得以有效贯彻执行;
3、费用管控，与费用发生部门及时沟通，建立管控机制；
4、税务筹划，了解国际各分公司当地的法律法规、税务体系，做好定价安排；
5、财务分析和合并，总管公司会计、报表、预算、资金管理，复核子公司财务报告、财务预算和合并财务报告，完成分析报告；
6、实施上级交办的其他工作，以确保组织效率的改进与提升。
任职资格
1、英语流利，本科或以上学历，会计、财务管理等相关专业；
2、10年以上大型企业财务管理工作经验，其中3年以上财务总监工作及管理经验；
3、熟悉中国、美国会计准则，熟悉掌握财会、融资渠道、银行、工商税务，及时洞悉财经法规政策变化；
4、良好的沟通协调能力和亲和力；
5、熟悉财务应用软件、Excel、PPT等.
