职位描述：

1.Develop design basis, specifications, data sheets, review vendor data for various equipment including incineration furnaces, boilers, vessels, quenches, venturis, scrubbers, ESPs, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, water treatment packages and chemical injection systems, perform technical bid evaluation and support project managers to complete engineering designs within budget and schedule;

根据设备设计条件编制技术规范、数据表，审查供应商方案及数据，并进行技术评估和比较，包括但不限于：焚烧炉、锅炉、储罐、急冷塔、文丘里反应器、洗涤塔、电除尘器、泵、阀门、换热器、水处理成套设备、化学品制备及输送成套设备等， 协助项目经理在项目预算及工期内完成设计工作

2.Perform detail mechanical design and develop fabrication details of mechanical equipment;

完成机械设备的详细设计，绘制详图（制造图）

3.Ensure that design verification and approvals are carried out in accordance with company procedures and requirements:

按照公司要求及相关程序进行设计校核和审核工作

4.Liaise with other tialoc specialists, external consultants and technology partners for technology selection and design;

与公司内部其他专业工程师、外部技术顾问或合作方沟通协调，确定技术方案

5.Participate in design reviews (and HAZOP studies if required);

参与设计审查会，必要时参加HAZOP研讨会

6.Engage client and vendors on technical discussions and clarifications

完成与客户及供应商之间的技术讨论及澄清

7.Produce work packages for procurement, fabrication and installation;

为设备采购、制造、安装编制相关的技术文件包

8.Check and verify shop/fabrication drawings and specifications from vendors/fabricators.

审查供应商提供的制造图及技术规范

9.Check compliance with QA/safety/environment requirements;

检查技术资料，确保其符合或满足质保、安全、环保等相关要求

10.Provide on-site support for installation, commissioning and start-up;

提供现场安装、调试、开车的技术支持

11.Assist in supervision and training of new trainees and graduate engineering assistants;

指导实习生和助理工程师的工作，培养并提高其工作能力

Requirements 职位要求

Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related discipline

教育：本科及以上学历，机械工程或工程学相关专业

Working Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in detailed engineering design of environmental treatment systems in the environmental technology, chemical, or energy related industries;

工作经验：在环保技术、化工或能源相关行业有至少5年以上的工程详细设计工作经验，;

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

技术和专业知识：

1.Strong background in mechanical design and construction projects;

深刻的机械设计和建造工程背景；

2.Well versed in both local and international codes, standards and regulations;

熟悉国内和国际规范、标准和法规

3.Proficient in using relevant engineering design software is desirable;
