岗位职责:
1.协助工作:
协助总经理,销售团队及 对客户技术支持等工作的协助。
2.技术协助:
1)在客户工厂进行售前和售后技术援助:能独自出差;
a.接待客户拜访,提前了解客户过去现在的信息,推测客户今后的打算;
b.了解并记录即将测试的产品,(内容包括应用测试,测试结果,产品优点及限制等);
c.能为客户介绍产品,包括应用程序参数和机器调整,解决与应用程序相关的问题,以达到尽可能的成功;
d.对机器条件和参数的数据以及测试的产品进行测试,并进行测试报告。在公司应用实验室进行必要的测试的测试,并编写相应的 报告;
e.在测试和报告不能亲自执行的情况下,跟踪并监督技术人员的工作;
f. 管理和维护公司分配器(清洁和可替换)。

4)将产品介绍给客户。
5)生成并分享内部技术援助报告
6)必要时,将公司的技术文档翻译成中文。
3. 市场研究和评估:
1)在需要的时候参加贸易会议和行业会议。

3)发展推广理念和技术支持理念。
4.客户:
1) 保持客户档案和信息的更新。
2) 与相关的人保持良好的关系。
5.公司:
1)在需要的时候参加公司全球技术会议和研讨会。
2) 保持联系并向总部的技术团队汇报。
岗位要求:
1.工科相关专业背景。
2.有至少五年在粘合剂或分层技术领域的工作经验。
3. 中英文口语及书面语流利。
4.熟练掌握办公室软件,如Word, Excel, PPT等。
5.有良好的沟通和合作能力;有团队合作精神和培训下属能力;分析问题并解决问题的能力。
Main responsibilities
1. Support:
1)To support the General Manager.
2)To support company sales team.
3)Technical support to customers.
2. Technical assistance:
1)To perform pre- and post-sales technical assistance at customers’ factories.
a) To organize travel autonomously;
b) To prepare customer visits; be informed of previous evidence, results and / or possible incidents (customer history).
c) To know and document the product to be tested; application tests, results, advantages, limitations ... (product history).
d) To provide support to the customer in terms of product application parameters and machine adjustment, solve problems related to the application process to achieve the test as successful as possible.
e) To take data of the machine conditions and parameters as well as the products tested and perform the test report.
f) To take samples of the tests performed for the necessary tests in the application laboratory of company and write the corresponding report. In the event that the tests and the report cannot be performed personally, follow up and supervise the work on the technician to whom it has been delegated.
g) Management and maintenance of company dispensers (cleaning and fungible).
2)To arrange and manage the technical assistance.
3)To define and draft technical assistance policies and procedures.
4)To arrange the shipment of samples to customers.
5)To generate and share internally technical assistance reports.
6)To translate company technical documents from English into Chinese when necessary.
3. Market research and evaluation:
1) Attend trade meetings and industry conventions when required.
2) Analyze data to identify business opportunities.
3) Develop promotional ideas and technical support concepts.
4. Customers:
1) To keep customer files and information up to date.
2) To keep good relation with relevant persons in customers.
5. Company:
1) To attend company global technical meetings and seminars when required.
2) To keep contact and report to the technical team in the HQ.
Requirements:
1. Education background: Technical degree.
2. Years of work experience (in specific field, if required): At least 5 years’ Experience in adhesives and lamination technology.
3. Language skills: Chinese citizen; Fluent in English.
4. Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT dynamic table test will be passed).
5. Personality: Good interpersonal communication and coordination; Excellent teamwork and staff development; Good analytical capacity to solve problems.
