主要职责：
1. 全面管理供应商以确保成本、质量和交货期。
2. 在Sap程序中使用MRP进行公司及公司间的采购。
3. 根据公司的目标和政策选择合适的供应商。
4. 充分了解公司产品的采购要求。
5. 协助供应商及包括意大利总部在内的其他团队成员之间的技术和商业信息的交换。
6. 对所要求的部分进行技术规范并解决任何疑问或误解。
7. 寻找新的供应商以达到公司的目标。
8. 降低总成本。
9. 为公司里中国及国际工程师准备重要采购项目的演示材料，以便对公司的利益和成本进行评估。
10. 在中国寻找新的供应商来代替进口零部件。
11. 拜访供应商并进行评估和审核。
岗位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历
2. 3-5年相关工作经验
3. 具备采购及加工定做零件的专业知识
4. 理解机械制图
5. 较强的工程背景
6. 良好的中英文沟通能力
7. 具备演讲技能，包括使用PPT及相似软件进行演说
8. 熟练使用办公软件（Outlook，Word，Excel）
9. 了解SAP系统优先
10. 良好的人际交往能力，跨文化理解能力，组织协调能力
11. 性格开朗
Main responsibilities:
1. Overall management of suppliers to ensure cost, quality and delivery times.
2. Run Company sourcing using MRP in Sap, including inter company.
3. Supplier selection in line with company objectives and policies.
4. Fully understand sourcing requirements for our products.
5. Facilitate exchange of technical and commercial information between the supplier and other members of the team including Italian Headquarters.
6. Work through technical specifications and resolve any queries or misunderstanding regarding the required part.
7. Scouting of new suppliers to achieve company objective.
8. Overall Cost reduction.
9. Prepare any presentation material for important sourcing projects to our Chinese and International engineer for review indicating benefits and costs to the company.
10. Find new suppliers in China to replace imported parts.
11. Visit suppliers for assessment including audit.
Key Skill/Qualifications:
1. College degree or above
2. 3-5 years related working experience
3. Expert Knowledge of component purchased. Expert knowledge of made-to-order machined parts.
4. Understanding of mechanical drawings.
5. Strong general engineering background.
6. Good communication skills in Chinese and English
7. Presentation skill. PowerPoint or similar.
8. Good knowledge of Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
9. SAP knowledge useful but not essential
10. Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, cross culture understanding, organizing and coordinating ability.
