职位描述：
A foreign-owned Trading Company dealing with the import and marketing in China of mechanical products, is looking for Logistic Supervisor to be based in our head office in Shanghai Jing’an District. Logistic Supervisor will respond directly to the GM.
Position

Basic Requirements
- Native Chinese speaker with at least 2 years working experience in international logistic operations
- Diploma in Logistics Management or related field
- Excellent English (oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent communication and relations skills
- Smart, polite and with team working spirit

Main tasks and Job Description

Managing import operations
Processing bills of lading, ensuring accuracy across all paperwork
Collecting and recording purchase orders
Track and follow-up with factories on orders status and inform the relevant parties on changes to the schedule
Warehouse inventory management and control
Arranging and scheduling domestic deliveries
Preparation of packing list, delivery notes, pick-up notes
Inventory Control
Customers’ orders management
Preparing correspondence, such as letters or e-mails
Dealing directly with the customers and replying their inquiries
Daily interaction with suppliers and production
Co-operate with accounting dept. with invoice handling and ERP system inputs.
Support to the purchasing activities
Support to the marketing activities
Accounting (handling purchase orders, invoices, receipts and contracts)
Coordination with financial dept. for the organization of random and yearly inventory audit
