主要职责

l 向设备设施部经理汇报维修团队的日常工作执行及设备状况。

2.负责所有设备维护保养的费用管控。

3.建立设备管理方针及设定设备保养目标，建立各类生产设备的保养计划并监督执行。

4.建立设备台账，并定期检查更新

5.建立所有生产设备的标准操作指导书、检查记录及维修规范

6.负责重要设备故障的分析及解决方案

7.满足工厂内部客户的需求，积极配合完成工装制作、设备测试。

8.负责备品备件的管理，建立备件清单，设置安全库存，跟进备件补充的及时性

9.完成对下属的培训计划

l0.负责新购设备的市场调研、调试、验收工作，协助采购工程师进行商务谈判

l1.负责设备搬迁、报废处理工作，月度汇报保养及维修状况。

l2.对设备有效运行率负责，提升OEE。

l3.负责对维修团队成员的KPI管控

l4.完成领导安排的其他安排

任职要求

l 本科以上学历，机电一体化,电气自动化或机械自动化专业

2.5年以上设备维护管理经验

3.具备英文读写能力

4.精通各类车床、磨床，加工中心 维修，精通PLC

5.熟悉机械及电气系统的失效模式

6.具备电脑操作能力，熟练使用办公软件及CAD。

Responsibilities
1.Report to facility and maintenance manager regarding the entire maintenance team’s daily job execution and equipment status.
2.Be responsible for the maintenance and repair cost for all equipments.
3.Establish the equipment management policy and set maintenance target. Set the maintenance plan for each equipments include predict maintenance plan, PM plan and track executing progress.
4. Set equipment management account, check it regularly.
5. Establish the safety operation procedure(SOP)、inspection record and maintenance rule for each equipments.
6. In charge of major accidents analysis and provide the handling proposal.
7. According to requirements from other departments to track and control the progress of making tools、testing equipment and parts, balance the workloads within the team and try her/his best to fill the requirements from their internal customers.
8.Spare parts management include establish spare parts account, safe inventory, spare parts purchasing and fill the gap in time.
9.In charge of organizing technical training for equipment maintainers, increase team member’s technical skills.
l0.Participate the prior study on new equipments, in charge of equipment check and accept action、handover、 account input and files keeping, work with Purchasing engineer to do the business negotiation.
l1.In charge of relocating the equipments, equipments seal up for keeping and discard as useless job, monthly report maintenance and reparation state to the manager.
l2.Be responsible for promote the OEE regarding equipment uptime.
l3.Be responsible for entire maintenance team members KPI setting and tracking.
l4.Complete the special assignment as required in time.

Professional Qualification and Experience
l Hold bachelor above degree. Mechatronics, Electrical automation or machinery automation background is preferred..
2.At least 5 years related job experience in equipment maintenance or management.
3.Could read English version technical documents and drawings.
4.Be good at each kind of lathes maintenance, grinding machine, CNC and PLC.
5.Be familiar with mechanical and electrical failure modes analysis, establish the maintenance plan.
6.Computer skill is good, can use each kind of office software and CAD well.
