概述：
Responsible for overall quality issues in regards of quality manual, IQC, IPQC and FQC in production, support the sampling work, and handle customer complaint.
职 责
1/Set up and Improvement quality control plan and inspection procedure.
2/Analysis of overall requirements of ISO/TS16949 to standardize plant quality management system;
3/Liaise with customer for quality issues, handle quality complaint from customer;
Product quality training for all employees;
4/Generate monthly quality report by using statics methods, and organize quality meeting regularly according to the findings.
5/ Set up and assist purchasing department to standardize supplier quality management system and improvement;
6/Assist R&D of new project according to APQP procedure;
7/Lead and conduct Quality system overall training, improvement workshop quality control procedure; drive plant operation/quality system improvement;

所需教育、经验和知识
？ Quality management experience; not less than three years experience in quality management level;
？ Strong on TS16949 automotive industry quality system knowledge and experience;
？ Understand customer specific requirement for quality system,e.g. Ford Q1, General Motor QSB
？ Familiar with automotive industry production design and manufacturing process, material handling, logistic processes;
？ Excellent communication, teamwork, cross functional business understanding;
？ Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, quality, or management related;
？ Knowledge of Lean, TQM or Six Sigma preferred;
？ Good English skill preferred in writing;
