职位描述：
Job Responsibilities：
1. Secure together with Purchasing Organisation that the Purchasing deliverables are met in line with the program requirements.
2. Ensure that Purchasing deliverables are reflected in the Overall Program Plan and the plan is feasible from a Purchasing perspective.
3. Co-ordinate and report Sourcing activities with Line Purchasing for Program related issues.
4. Responsibility to ensure that Purchasing deliverables are reported at the Program Gate Reviews.
5. Communication of Program information and supplier performance to the Line Organization and Program Management Group.
6. Steer and follow-up with the Line Organization to reach Quality, Cost and Delivery demands in respective projects.
7. Participate in the development of working methods and Continuous Improvement projects.
8. Ensure that Purchasing Program Targets are met and defined.
9. Key Purchasing interface within the Industrial and Business Program Teams.
10. Plan, inform and implement project requirements together with Managers within Purchasing, Quality and Logistics.
11. Key Purchasing contact during the entire program period.
12. Conduct reviews to ensure that Program deliverables are met.
13. Escalate issues and roadblocks when needed.

Job requirements:
1. University degree and/or above, preferably in Business Administration Degree or Engineering/Mechanics;
2. Good knowledge about VPDS (deliverables, processes and organization) or similar semiconductor development system;
3. Fluent English, and good communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Minimum 6 years of experience of working in IC programs or project management related roles within IC industry;
5. Self-motivated, team player, and capable of working under stress. 举报 分享
