Purpose of the position
- This job position will be assigned to perform focus Solar/PV, TFT/LCD and Electronics projects. According to business development, more complex projects had been executed at same time, and more contractor worker do the high risk work at project site, some safety requirements was over project managers' competence, the professional safety people is necessary.


Principal responsibilities
- Act as owners' rep. to ensure the efficiency, reliability and quality of the plant built.
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
- Direct and supervise workers.
- Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
- Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
- Track and manage project safety under controlled.
- Assist SHEQ manager to develop project safety management system, supervise and implement safety control for project execution, ensure zero incident in project site;
- Take overall project equipment start up & commissioning activities,
- Provide support to Project proposal & project development team in the preparation of proposal documents and partake in presentations for prospective customer.
- Support project manger to train and supervise Civil and construction contractor to work at project site under safety condition;
- Assess and approve the construction plan, ensure high risk construction work can be improved
- Ensure that contractors adhere to the PTW system and related procedures especially during civil, construction, commissioning and start up activities
- Collect and file relevant civil, construction, startup/commissioning documents, to support project application, execution and handover.
- All incidents are reported, recorded and investigated in accordance with group requirements.

Required key skills (functional/technical)
- Ten years project construction, civil, equipment commissioning experience of High purity gas and chemical engineering, Large ASU and N2 Generator experience will be a plus.

Required qualifications/experience
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering).
- Advanced in computer operations incl. ( MS Project )
- Auto CAD Experience
- Fluent in oral and written English.
