SUMMARY
概述
Using established procedures is responsible for design and development new circuitry or redesign of existing circuitry to improve products. Ability to perform circuit design unassisted from start to finish. Should be able to develop subsystem and system architecture unassisted. Able to act in the role of Lead Engineer directing the activities of Electronic Engineer on a project from start to finish. Ideally would possess project management skills including scheduling and resource allocation forecasting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

q Develop quotations ands schedules for development programs with little or no assistance.

q Provide Document control with a complete component, subassembly, and assembly design package including drawings and database.

q Provide Document Control with a complete design package consisting of schematics, BOM’s, vendor lists. (Electrical)

q Develop and provide complete software documentation including test & validation plans.

q Work concurrently with Jabil CAD Services, Business Unit Management, Manufacturing, Test, Purchasing, and Quality departments through the design phase of a program. Work to provide a design that not only meets the customer’s criteria, but is also of high quality, cost effective, and manufacturable.

q Provide Business Unit Management / Business Development with timely and accurate design quotations to aid in the quoting process.

q Help Business Unit Management / Business Development in the decision of the feasibility and technological merit of new opportunities.
帮助商务管理／商务开发部门进行新机会的可行性与科技价值决策
q Support production discrepancies by incorporating fixes into subsequent revisions in a timely manner.

q Record all ideas, sketches, and pertinent conversations in Design Engineering approved Log Book or Design Notebook.

q Use SPC data collected in production in subsequent programs to ensure continuing improvement in designs.

q Be responsible for directing the Design Technicians on their assigned projects.

q PCBA engineering samples bring up and debug, SPIT (signal, power integrity test). Oversee assembly and test of engineering prototypes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
基本要求
Bachelor's degree, master’s preferred, in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited university; and six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
正规院校电子、电气工程或计算机专业学士学位，硕士优先。 6年以上相关工作经验。或具有与此相当的教育与工作经验。
Professional user of ECAD tools including Cadence, Altium.
熟练使用ECAD工具，包括Cadence 和Altium等。
Technical skills: Digital/Analog circuits, MCU, ARM platform, DDR memory, interfaces (USB, Ethernet, serial ports, PCIE, FPGA etc.). DC/DC power, sensors and Wireless knowledge is a plus.
技术能力：数字、模拟电路，嵌入式系统，ARM 平台，DDR存储器，各种接口。具备DCDC电源、传感器、无线通信方面的知识尤佳。
LANGUAGE SKILLS
