Responsibilities:
-Manage marketing work for Auto OEMs in Autobody powder coatings market in China
-Promote the positive relationship with Auto OEMs
-Design the marketing work plan and a analyse/evaluate the effectiveness of marketing, methods and result
-Build the commitment to the objectives & delivering top line growth
-Guide/leverage technical programme to deliver innovative customer solutions
-Communicate business objectives with local team and coordinate with them
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree
-5 years arch-related experience in sales and marketing
-General knowledge in paint, and particular in powder coatings
-Open minded, self-stimulating, stress resistant, adaptable and cooperative.
-Have interested in and actively cooperate with foreign culture
-Fluent in English
-Good at communicating
