职责要求
Responsibility

1、负责公司整体生产运作的统筹、规划、编制及生产系统的维护和监督。

2、生产各部门的协调、考核、评估。

3、生产总计划的制订及审核、各部门生产计划的监督、指引、及落实跟进。

4、对各部门的问题点进行引导、分析、总结、评估及制订可行性报告，定期、向总经理汇报。

5、对生产中各项数据（生产日报表、进度表（生产看板）、加班申请表、人员出勤记录、设备维护保养记录、设备的增减平衡记录、生产物料用料记录等）进行汇总、 分析及评估；提供出准确、明晰的生产数据并进行每周、每月、每个季度的的总结与建议，定期向副总或总经理汇报。为后续的现场生产工作提供详细、准确的具有 参考及考核性资料。

6、对各个部门的物料用量正常或异常作评估；根据每款产品它的物料清单，用量、操作工艺及产品难易程度、生产损耗等作分析且作出便于生产实际操作的改善建议并上报公司决策层领导。

8、依据各部门的实际运作，建制各项提高生产效益（各项考核措施、生产环境、现场管理技能等），节约生产成本的措施（人力（人员工时、人员利用）、物料、工艺、产品品质、时间、空间、设备等）

9、定期主持召开生产会议：生产调度会议、计划与目标会议、生产环境及安全会议、总结会议等，监督各部门早会及部门日常会议并对会议决议执行情况进行监督检查。

10、依据公司实际运作情况结合生产各项要素进行综合生产分析，制订中、短期生产目标并上报副总或总经理，根据公司指示作修改后督导、跟进与落实。

11、负责车间主任及相关重要岗位员工的管理、培训和培养；

任职资格
Qualification
1、专科及以上学历，机械制造等相关专业；
College degree or above, mechanical manufacturing and other related professionals;
2、3年以上机械制造型公司现场管理工作经验，有外企生产主管经验者优先；
3 years experience in mechanical manufacturing company management, multinational company supervisor experience is preferred;
3、精通行业产品质量规范与生产标准，熟悉产品技术特点与生产流程，熟悉制造企业生产、物流和技术内部的运营流程；
Proficient in industry product quality specifications and production standards, familiar with the technical characteristics of the product and production process, become familiar with the technology of production, logistics and manufacturing operations within the process;
4、具备很强的品质管理、流程优化、统筹组织和沟通协调能力，有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；

5、有较好的领导和组织协调能力、沟通能力、执行能力等。
