职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1.To achieve the Annual Budget Operating Plan;
2.To achieve the Contractual KPI targets and Business Plan KPI;
3.To develop and maintain the relationship with the customer, continuously improve customer satisfaction and productivity;
4.To perform aligned level of operations performance, productivity, CPI (Continuous Process Improvement);
5.To manage efficiently, coach and develop people under his/ her organization.

Work Requirements:
1.Minimum 10 years working experience in contract logistics, warehousing, engineering, implementation with operations management position;
2.Strong management skills (planning, people management, operations, warehousing);
3.Relationship building: works to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships or networks of contacts with people;
4.Good understanding of finance (P/L), cost management ;
5.Understanding of China bonded policies and Customs is preferred;
6.Result-oriented with good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills;
7.Willing to work under pressur, accept challenge and meet commitment and project deadline;
8.Fluent in English (Both verbal and written). 举报 分享
