职位描述：
This Logistics Manager will lead local logistics network set-up, develop and implement logistics strategy and activities to facilitate the cost-effective product flow to customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the National Logistics strategy, budget and operational planning of logistics issues.
2. Responsible for all the Distribution Centers, the transportation and CIQ, 3PL selection/negotiation/evaluation and management.
3. Lead and motivate regional Logistics team to drive effective performance and maximize logistics cost efficiency.
4. Manage 3PL to ensure all the Distribution Centers and the National transportation operation hit the KPIs.
5. Manage both the productivity improvement and total Logistics through the whole process to ensure the Budget be achieved monthly and yearly base, and the operation efficiency together with Cost efficiency with continuous improvement.
6. Identify improvement action with 3PL and Transportation supplier to ensure the KPI is achieved in monthly and yearly base.
7. Manage the DC Seasonal planning to ensure the Peak Season Plan for both Store & 3PL can help support peak season sales and limit the impacts on stores operations.
8. Ensure 3PL operations follow Driscoll’s standard procedure & compliance request and conduct internal/external Operation Standard Audit for all the Distribution Centers and transportation operations in China to check the 3PL performance.
9. Implement the yearly National Logistics project according to planned timeline and benefit be achieved.
10. Responsible for Inventory Control, Store Operation, Finance and other functions to achieve logistics target.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree
2. 5-8 years’ experience in Logistics function for FMCG, retailer company, at least 3 years on Manager role covering DC operation, 3PL management, budgeting control and logistics cost analysis
3. Hands on experience for process improvement, and cost analysis as Project base
4. Professional cross functional communication and influence skills to manage the Logistics operation for TRU China through Third party logistics service provider to achieve the cost and service quality balance
5. Hands on team manage experience and team work sprit
6. Professional on Reading and writing Business English, especially Fluent in Speaking English
7. Willing to travel domestics frequently
