DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1.According to the company's strategic development planning, make human resources plannings (including various budget, organizational structure, talent development plan).
2.Guidance of HR supervisor to develop the annual recruitment plan, and prepare the implementation of the plan.
3.Strong in supervise and calculate the monthly payroll and make sure it is released on time and accurate, formulate annual salary adjustment plan according to regional salary survey.
4.Employee relationship. Guide the HR &Admin supervisor for employee relationship (including complaints, industrial injury, violation, dismissal).
5.The control of labor cost. To reduce labor costs via the reasonable organization structure, personnel allocation, incentive measures.
6.Maintain the relationship of government and human resource agencies.
7.Other affairs assigned by superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor’s Degree, management relevant major is a priority.
2.Over 6 years’ experience in HR field.
3.Proficient with computers.
4.Good planning、organizational、coordinate、implementation abilities, ability to manage time.
5.Work independently, confidence, honesty, cheerful, positive, optimistic, responsibility , affinity and principled.
REQUIRED
1.Excellent in Labor law and HR relevant knowledge.
2.Fluent in English.
