工作地点：常熟或松江或上海

岗位职责：

- Coordinate product line planning and management activities with regard to market potentials, competitive position, profitability, product applications, field evaluations, and merchandising of product lines with Business Development Mgr.

- Meet objectives for existing and new product lines by working directly with Field Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, R&D, QA, and customers.

- When necessary, coach and develop sales team members to further their job knowledge & competences and ensure their initiatives are in line with sales and product strategies

- Continually analyze the competitive position, performance, and the profitability of product line in the pressure sensitive tapes market.

- Recommend, justify and establish marketing plans for adding new products or making modifications to existing products, so as to improve their competitive position

- Provide technical support, applications information, and training to external and internal customers

- Submit and review monthly product status summaries with Business Development Mgr.

- If need be, help sales personnel with sales activities in China market.

岗位要求：

- Very familiar with Building & Construction industry（熟悉建筑行业）

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical and communication skills

- Very strong sales mind and business sense

- Good command of English, in both oral and written

- Computer literacy such as Word , Excel and Power Point, Outlook, Web
