Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain recruitment channels to meet the talent program needs
- Organize campus talk, invite internal guests as program required
- Track vendors execution in campus activities and report to program owner
- Responsible for operation in recruitment system
- Search and CV screen, conducting the first-round interview, making the candidate report to Attraction and Retention Director
- Coordinate and facilitate the selection process according to the program requirement
- Keep records of all interview documente and prepare for Excellence Program Audit
- Regular reporting and analysis on recruitment activities. Able to track the recruiting results from different channels: quantity & quality, analyze the suitable channel for effective recruitment
- Handle the on-board process
- In charge of logistics arrangement in talent program, i.e. GMT 10-month rotation
- Establish talent pool for future match
- Provide consultancy on the logistics inquiry from GMT/GMBA
- Ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Qualifications and Technical competencies required
Education
Bachelor degree is a must
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years previous work experience with well-balanced competence as an overall generalist in HR function and have specialized competence in recruiting
- HR management experience with multinational companies, FMCG experience is preferred;
- Have excellent communication skills, can fluently report and communicate in both English and Chinese;
- Good time management and organizational skills;
- A good understanding of the role of HR in the business and able to work proactively and independently.
