Task：
1.To provide the guidance to the local finance team to carry out daily operations to comply with the Forbo customer and credit policy.
2.To review and provide advice for the new customer credit limit application from local entities to comply with the Forbo customer and credit policy
3.To prepare MIS reports and statistics identifying high risk accounts, over credit limit accounts, over payment term accounts so that immediate credit policies/actions can be taken to minimize credit risk
4.To monitor the AP DSO, credit limit, payment term, overdue accounts and the receivable provision to provide the early warning signal to the local and regional management team
5.To work with internal parties to enhance the mainframes and related systems so as to cope with the market changes and customer needs
6.To identify areas of improvement and to make changes to improve the DSO
7.To review from time to time the internal and external environments to recommend to management an effective corporate credit policy
8.To monitor export trade customers’ credit management, AR control and orders processing
9.To be fully responsible for the credit management in China legal entities to comply with Forbo guideline、
Qualification:
1.University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
2.Minimum 7 years' solid experience in a supervisory position of credit management, preferably in manufacturing
3.Strong leadership, proactive, enthusiastic
4.Strong analytical mind and sensitive to market/economic environment
5.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
6.Excellent people management skill
