职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Oversee closing activities to make sure closing is conducted smoothly and timely .
2 Lead, train and manage a team ,and control site finance and accounting activities
3 Maintain integrity of accounting records and transactions in accordance to International Accounting Principles, Chinese local statutory requirements
4 Handle local tax, foreign exchange, statutory audit, business regulations with compliance of Chinese laws & regulations
5 Support management team with accurate and timely financial and accounting information for decision making
6 Analyze financial information to reflect operational performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement
7 Oversee all bank related activities and ensure bank recon is conducted timely.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND APTITUDE REQUIREMENT
1 Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
2 Minimum 7-10 years financial and accounting experience in MNC , with at least 3 years at managerial level.
3 Familiar with PRC GAAP or IFRS accounting rules and standards
4 Strong financial analytical and business acumen
5 Experience in ERP ( Yongyou , SAP , Exact etc.) and financial reporting system
6 Fluent in English , both written and spoken
7 Strong influencing , interpersonal and negotiating skills
8 CPA or ACCA ( high preferred) 举报 分享
