职位描述：
Main responsibility:
1. Design and implement the organization's compensation and benefit programs and activities to meet the organization's objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
2. Propose and continue optimize current organization low attention function to compensate organization stability in addition of meeting organization development trend.
3. Define and integrate C&B system difference in between Chuzhou and future sites in China with respecting local policies and alignment from Mubea C&B system.
4. Management of HR information and administrative systems in Kingdee system & Mubea work-flow as consolidate whole system.

Requirements:
1. C&B system knowledge
2. Good management skill
