Job Scope:
* In charge of full spectrum of Human Resources function for the factories which has a workforce more than 5,00 (recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance managemen, employee relations, manpower planning)
* Plan and execute HR projects for constant improvement of effciency and management quality
* Outline talent sourcing and development strategies to support immediate operational needs as well as continous corporate development
* Advise senior management on HR related issues
* Develop existing HR team
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
* 8-10 years of HR generalist experience at least 4-5 years at managerial or team in charge level
* Strong experience in supervising full HR functions in manufacturing industries in PRC
* Well-versed with PRC Labour Law
* Experienced in using HRIS and data analysis
* Mature, independant, self-motivated, proactive, positive, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
* Strong communication skills both spoken and written English and Chinese.
