Job Scope
? Work out, update and execute all-aspect human resource management policies in Zhenjiang plant according to company's development need.
? Plan and carry out recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening and interview, selection of qualified employees to fill vacant positions for prompt and effective staffing as required by company business need.
? Collect training resources for position qualification & license training and professional skills training. Execute training plans according to business and employee actual requirements to motivate and retain a competent workforce in the plant.
? Provide analysis and proposal for competitive compensation & benefits, employee transfer and promotion affairs in accordance with company's actual situation to ensure staff is encouraged, retained, developed and willing to improve their performance continuously.
? Acquire updated national or local labor regulations from time to time and coordinate in solving labor disputes and labor suits to ensure specific HR works of Zhenjiang plant in conformance with related laws.
? Understand employee morale and engagement by employee communication, exit interviews and other channels. Develop, recommend and implement employee satisfaction practices.
? Provide expertise to ensure the HR routine jobs timely and accurately including payroll calculation, social insurance, individual income tax declaration, staff attendance recording, etc.
? Other daily work assigned by superior.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree (Human Resource Management / Business Administration / International
Management)
? 6 years’ broad HR experience in engineering and manufacturing industry. Experience in an international company / international work environment is advantageous.
? Profound knowledge of national & local labor regulations / payroll system / personnel development etc. Strengths in recruiting skills with recruiting specialist experience.
? Excellent command of written and spoken English. Good at MS-Office, especially on Excel, PPT.
