Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies/policies in accordance with company overall business strategy.
Responsible for managing recruitment resourse to ensure good manpower supply.
Develop performance evaluation plan and implement it.
Develop Training plan and carry out it.
Improve Benefit&Compensation plan to ensure competition strength in accordance with company's strategy.
Responsible for labor relationship management,harmonizing good connection with labor management Authorities.
Organizee and supervise the management of related foreign employee affairs.
Accomplish casual tasks assigned by superior.
Inspection,supervision and implementation rights within responsibility.
Rights of evaluation, reward and punishment to subordinates.

Job Requirements:
HR management,Business management and other related major.
Related training in Human resources management, labor law.
Be familiar with HR management and related Labor laws,skilled in WORD,EXCELL,PPT etc.
8 years or above experience in HR,including 3 years HR management experience.
Good English ability of reading,writing,listening and speaking.
Good ability of organization,communication,coordination,implementation. 举报 分享
