Job Description
Eaton Corporation has an opening in Jining for Human Resources Manager, Jining Campus.
Primary function of this position:
Responsible for HR function to Jining Capmus by driving and implementing Eaton practices and processes in areas of staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relationship management.
Essential Functions of this position:
A Develops and implements programs and initiatives ( e.g. staffing, VPP, retention) that support the business strategies
B Partner with Greater China HR manager to drive organization capability building process by applying the tools of Performance Management and Organization Capability Assessment.
C Partners with Campus Manager to assess, select and develop talent at all levels of organization
D Leads and directs establishment and maintaining high performance culture, ethical standards and positive employee relationship by implementing Eaton Global HR initiatives, E-star, Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Survey and etc
E Responsible for consistent implementation of Eaton global and China policies and procedures and the compliance of local labor regulations
F Coaches employees at all level to be more effective at their current jobs and to be better prepared for a larger role.
G Acts as change agent to drive the change management necessary to meet future challenges of the industry and the markets that Eaton plays at.
H Develop and administer compensation & benefit programs that are competitive in the market and internally equitable in JN Campus
I Promote Eaton's corporate image by participating in community activities and charitable events in Jining local.
J Responsible for administrative matters in Jining Capmus , such as employee meals, transportation, plant security and etc
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in a leadership/management role at a Fortune 500 company's subsidiary in China.
- Bachelors' Degree in related discipline.
- Demonstrated strategic ability, business acumen and change leadership capability.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set.
- Ability to represent the Operations at employees
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, relationships and leverage diversity in a global enterprise.
- Senior leadership consulting, influencing and coaching skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence the directions and attainment of objectives without having direct control over resources.
- Highly skilled in assessment, selection and organizational diagnosis.
- Demonstrated success in building organization capability and upgrading the leadership talent.
- Potential and desire to advance into assignments of greater complexity and / or responsibility.
- Strong communications skills in English.
- 2-3 years experience in a leadership/management role at a sizable western manufacturing company in China.
- Bachelors' Degree in related discipline.
- Demonstrated strategic ability, business acumen and change leadership capability.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Exposure to Matrix structure
