职位描述：
Job description:
1、Support HR Supervisor to complete projects or initiatives;
2、Support HR data analysis and reporting;
3、Facilitate and coordinate employee and manager trainings
4、Support entry-level recruitment, coordinate with hiring manager to fill the position;
5、Involve in the daily HR administration work, including but not limited to generate incentive plan letter, promotion offer, etc.;
6、Involve in some administration work assigned by office manager;
7、Other ad-hoc works as assigned;

Qualification:
1、Bachelor Degree (still in education), major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Sociology, Politics, Finance related preferred but not limited;
2、Good English skills, especially written and reading;
3、Willing to learn and work in a fast pace environment;
4、Good time management skills, communication skills and interpersonal skill;
5、Active, proactive, self-awareness and quick learner;
6、Excellence in using Microsoft Office basic tools, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
