? 工作目标：主管互联网端相关技术的开发包括B2C旅游网站，微信，CRM等方案

Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 8]:
? 管理在线相关技术的开发，包括B2C旅游网站（PC和移动端），微信，CRM集成等
? 建立详细的开发计划，监控开发进度，管理测试流程和功能实施上线
? 与内部和外部的后端核心系统的开发团队协作，开发系统集成，接口以及性能调优
? 管理组建开发团队，给团队成员提供技术指导
? 对于网站，微信等技术提供日常维护和支持
? 持续优化和改进技术来驱动公司业务发展

Skills, know-how and experience [max 8]:
Must have:
? 8年以上网站开发的经验
? 对移动端开发和技术有深入了解
? 在下列领域有扎实的知识：网站前端后端开发，系统集成，网站数据分析，GA等
? 了解旅游业务，电商，熟悉相关业务流程和技术解决方案
? 了解系统架构比如API，SOA，云计算，开源解决方案包括缓存，高并发等
? 和内外部团队有很强的沟通能力，熟悉对项目和外部供应商的管理
? 英语交流能力和撰写技术文档的能力

Preferred:
? 旅游行业和网站开发的工作经验
Technical / professional qualifications:
? 计算机或软件相关专业本科学历

Job title: Lead Web Developer
Function: IT

? Job purpose: Lead the development of online technology including B2C website PC/mobile, WeChat, CRM and other solutions
Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 8]:
? Manage the development of online related technology including B2C travel website on PC/mobile, WeChat, CRM integration etc.
? Develop detailed development plan, monitor the progress, manage the QA/UAT process and implementation of deliverables
? Coordinate with internal/external backend system development team on system integration, interface, performance tuning etc.
? Manage and recruit development team, provide technical guidance to the team members
? Daily technical support for PC/mobile website, WeChat etc.
? Continuously optimize and enhance online technology to drive business growth Skills, know-how and experience [max 8]:
Must have:
? More than 8 years of working experience in web development
? Deep understanding of mobile technology
? Solid knowledge in the following domains: web frontend and backend development, systems integration, web analytics, GA etc.
? Understand travel business, e-commerce and familiar with related business procedures and solutions.
? Experience in architecture such as API, SOA, cloud service, and open source solution including cache, high concurrency etc.
? Strong communication skills with internal and external teams, experience in managing vendors and projects
? Good oral and written English and tech documentation skill

Preferred:
? Experience of working in the travel industry and website development
Technical / professional qualifications:
