职位描述：
Key Responsibilities：主要工作职责
1. Consolidate and deliver relevant, accurate and timely financial reports including: short-term forecasting and annual profit planning and budget processes；
合并和提交相关的财务报表，包括：短期预算表、年度利润计划表及预算流程表等，并保证报表的准确与及时性；
2. Responsible for the daily and monthly report and analyze on the gaps；
制作日报表及月报表，并进行实际和预算的差距分析；
3. Report and analyze customer / product / channel profitability；
提交客户、产品、渠道盈利分析报表；
4. Partner with manager to provide financial analysis and recommendations for new product and business analysis；
针对新产品及新业务为业务部门经理提供相应的财务分析及建议；
5. Communicate with other financial functions; coordinate finance related initiatives for focused BU；
与财务其他同事保持良好沟通，并协调财务相关人员积极协助重点业务部门；
6. Partner with manager to build and improve reporting and analysis models and process；
根据业务部门的需求及时建立及改进财务分析流程及相应财务报表；
7. Ad-hoc report and analysis for management decision making；
为管理决策提供相应的报表及分析意见；
8. Other tasks assigned by management;

Job Requirements 职位要求
? Education/Qualification: University degree in Business/Economics
学历/资质
本科学历，经济或工商管理相关专业

?Working Experience:
Minimum 5 years progressive industry experience in financial analysis, experience in project analysis is desired
工作经验
至少五年以上财务分析工作经验，有项目分析经验者为佳
? Language Requires: Fluent in English
