某世界五百强汽车零部件公司招聘：项目经理
Report to:
BM
Responsibilities:
1) Manage the launch process for the products in cooling, filtration, etc. Process includes project schedule management, cost calculation and control, engineering modification, supplier follow up, sampling, PPAP, etc.
2) Lead APQP team and lead regular meetings both internally and in front of the customer to ensure all concerns are addressed and critical timing is met.
3) Manage sampling/prototyping process to ensure the launch success.
4) Translate all technical specifications into manufacturing equipment and process to meet the customer's requirements.
5) Ensure communication to the customer of all process progress and development status; formulates conclusions of customer's needs correctly
6) Lead any design change / revision during development and production if required.
7) Ensure all the documentation follows TS16949 procedure and customer specific requirement, if any.
8) Communicate frequently with ITW engineers in Europe and US on the project.
9) Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1) He or she must be a tam worker and leader
2) Profound knowledge in cooling and/or filtration components, (5 years) working experience in any of these areas is a must.
3) Good knowledge in plastic injection molding process and plastic tooling.
4) Good knowledge on TS16949
5) Min. 5 years (for PM, 3 years for SPE, 1 year for PE) experience in project management to lead an APQP team in automotive industry
6) Good communication skills both in English and in Chinese in writing and speaking
7) Initiative, optimistic, mature, ability to work independently and under pressure
8) Experience in project of GM, FORD or Japanese and Chinese OEM's is a plus
9) UG/ProE and/or Catia, Auto CAD is a plus
