Key responsibilities:
?Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes and activities to business unit or subunit
?Ensuring effective execution of HR solutions to achieve desired business results
?Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues
?Resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach
?Collaboration with CEO, HR Managers to support HR Initiatives cross-functionally
?Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
?Facilitates the Unit management team or subunit management team to bring best solutions for employees
?Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
?Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
Working experience
?Bachelor degree
?6+ practical experience in Human Resources, experience as HR generalist is preferred
?Experience in executing HR processes functionally

Specific knowledge and skills
?Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels
?Be self-directed and motivated
?Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation
?Strong communication & facilitation Skills
?Strong interpersonal skills
?Project Management Skills
