KEY RESPONSIBILITLIES:
1. Manage all the HFM reporting and making sure the data loaded in HFM is accurate.
2. Prepare Monthly statutory report for local government requirement.
3. Post all the G/L account except for accounts receivables, accounts payables, fixed assets, ensure all entries are compliance with accounting regulations and transactions.
4. Maintain cost centers’ information and allocation keys to ensure all cost centers are correctly set and the allocation keys are reasonably set; update the cost center list.
5. Maintain G/L accounts and settings in SAP system. Ensure the SAP system run normally.
6. Every month end closing run CCA and PA cycle, run PA report and balance sheet report in SAP system, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of PA and Balance Sheet.
7. Clear the accrued and deferred items on time so as to ensure the reasonableness balance of those accounts.
8. Support overseas business
8. Other ad-hoc jobs requested by Accounting Manager.
SPECIFICATION :
1. Bachelor degree, major in accounting
2. Above 5 years related working experience in MNC Company
3. Good computer skills and familiar with SAP and Hyperion
4. Good communication skills and team work spirit,
5. Fluent in English (Both in written and verbal)
6. Strong analysis skills
