Job Description:
Travel Consultant / Senior Travel Consultant

Department: Customer Service Centre, Product & Operation
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
?To tailor made the travel package based on the clients' requirements.
?To communicate with the clients and answer all related travel inquires through the phone, emails
?To follow up the clients' feedback and complains;
?As a Travel Consultant, you will be working 40 hours per week in different shifts and will be responsible for handling pre- and post-booking (leisure travel products reservations) inquiries;
?Be an intermediary between customers and the suppliers;
?Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations;
?Outbound calls to suppliers/guests to arrangement special requests;
?Achieving defined targets with quality and quantity, provide professional assistance and service to customer to improve the customer satisfaction;
?Following defined procedures in the Call Center and actively contributing to improving the procedures at the department;
?Collecting requested information from customer side if necessary;
?Reporting to Superiors & Management the daily operation weekly;
?Taking on additional tasks assigned by Superiors & Management;
?Participation in Customer Service training courses.

Experience / qualifications:
?College or university degree above;
?Excellent communication skills;
?Good English Communication Skills;
?Have enough knowledge of Operation Systems: Travelsky;
?At least 3 years experience in tourism industry;
?Work experience in Call Center is preferred;
?Excellent commercial selling skills;
?Problem solving;
?Sense of responsibility;
?Independent and customer friendly;
?Good Microsoft Windows Knowledge (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.);
?Better team work;
?Demonstrated professional customer service skills;
?Ability to work shifts, nights and weekends when needed or scheduled;
?Requires the ability to work and cooperate with other employees and clients at all levels and from diverse backgrounds to exchange ideas, information and opinions to facilitate the task at hand. 举报 分享
