职位描述：
AR Part:
* Compare bank/promotional/P&C/landlord transaction with BOH
transaction, and locate, investigate, and solve the variance.
* Prepare bank/promotional/P&C/landlord activity report and variance
summary.
* Prepare, upload, and file journal entry with supporting
documentation.
* Collect and check new store and existing store master data.
* Communicate with team, cross-function team to understand the need,
request, etc., and take action.
* Identify the default or deficiency with AR function, provide the
solution, and solve issue smoothly.
* Research questions from customers and provide timely and concise
responses.
* Set up and maintains accounting and fiscal control records. Create
and prepare journal entries that are accurate and compliant with company policies and applicable accounting regulations. Produce financial statements and other reports and reviews for accuracy. Reconcile accounts. Create correcting or adjusting entries as appropriate.
* Own respective controls within AR. Support internal and external
audit.
AP Part:
* Review and actively control payment risk on payment request.
* Perform 3rd party expense vendor invoice verification (invoice, GR,
contract…), and make sure the payment posting in Oracle system timely and accurately.
* Checking intra-co invoice, related payment & entry preparation.
* Other monthly closing related reports and account reconciliation.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by AP manager 举报 分享
