职位描述：
Responsibility for the company's plant construction facility maintenance and management, ensure the facility's operation up to snuff and responsibility for investment, plan, quality and safety management of construction project.
Core Accountabilities:
? Managing investment, timing & progress, quality and safety on mechanical engineering projects
? Co-compiling Construction Schedule whilst supervising the progress and audit drawing.
? In charge of the daily operation and management of mechanical system of Plant, mainly including daily point check & maintenance & 5S for mechanical equipment and plumbing system.
? The statistics and analysis of vapor consumption, natrural gas consumption and water consumption, to control unit energy consumption;
? In charge of review drawings (mechanical part), and make sure the project quality should be meet the requirement of user and cost down.
? Guide relative suppliers to mechanical engineering maintenance of plant.
? Responsible for special equipment/ flow meter /gas detector regularly calibration .
? Guide relative suppliers to mechanical engineering maintenance of plant.
? Facility & Utility operation, maintenance(Mechanical)
Specific Work Experience:
? Have 3-5 years mechanical maintenance working experiences in mechanical function.
? Have the Automobile manufacturer working experience is preffered.
Desired Skills:
? Know all kinds of construction standard.
? Computer literate; good at CAD and Project and Office
Language:
? Good communication in both Chines and English
Education Requirements:
? Speciality of Industrial & Mechanical Engineering, bachelor degree or above.
