Job Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for all kinds of inspection record on the performance of the equipment and daily management work.
2. Redact all sorts of equipment standard operating procedures, organize training for the operators，to ensure the equipment operation rules-based.
3. Grasp and analysis equipment accident and fault condition, timely treatment and improvement opinions are put forward.
4. Coordinate with project implementation, equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance of work organization.
5. According to the company development and equipment status, to participate in the preparation of the annual fixed asset investment plan.
6. Cooperate with production management, provide related technical support process.
7. Solve and analyze the causes of production process problems and prevent the problems recurrence
8. Conducting maintenance team to execute regular maintenance tasks and update project progress.
9. Coordinate with related parties, including EHS, Engineering and R & D to solve production problems
10. Follow instruction of Plant Manager to execute assigned tasks other than above.
Job Requirement:
1. College degree, major in and machine chemical engineering.
2. English skills in writing and reading.
3. Be familiar with OA soft wares MS Excel, PPT etc.
4. 3 years working experience in fine chemical factory. More than 1 years working experience in production process.
5. Basic technology on unit operations and process control. Basic IE (industrial engineering) skill is perferred .
6. Have his own cars, have a driver's license. Can work should demand on business and cooperation to work overtime.
7. Honest and proper, initiative positive, high pressure resistance, patience/careful, good interpersonal relationship

3. 掌握和分析设备的事故和故障情况，并及时提出改进意见；

5. 根据公司发展以及设备的实际状况，参与年度固定资产投资计划的准备工作；
6. 配合生产管理工作，并提供相关的技术支持；
7. 解决和分析生产过程中的问题，并预防问题的再次发生；
8. 指挥工务组执行定期保养工作，并更新项目进程；
9. 配合各部门（包括EHS、工程、R&D部门）一起解决生产过程中的问题；
10. 按照工厂经理的指令执行分配的任务，以及主管交代的其他任务。
