The jo description is “Frame production engineer”. He should have the following skills:
? Knowledge about steel welding. Especially MIG & TIG.
? Good english or German skills.
? Very independent working behavior.
? Experience in setting up of production lines, focus on welding lines.
? Expert understanding in Quality management tools for problem analysis.
? Knowledge about 3D measuring.
? Production planning experience.
His main tasks will be:
? Support our production partner in achieving the BMW requirements.
? Production time analysis.
? Evaluation of quality impacts.
? Drawing understanding.
? Participation in discussions with development for drawing updates.
? Participation in the creation of a PFMEA.
? Process flow and material flow analysis.
? Layout optimization for a new production facility.
