Responsibilities:
1.Manage the day-to-day financial activities of the organization;
2.Control its financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards;
3.Analyze the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position;
4.Evaluate and recommend investments, funding sources, and other financial instruments that will meet these cash flow needs;
5.Advise senior management on financial matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation of the organization;
6.Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities;
7.Prepare the organization’s financial reports and present findings and recommendations to the top executive group and/or Board;
8.Reports may include auditor and financial analyst reports; profit and loss statements and balance sheets; and regulatory reports and filings;
9.Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time;
10.Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants and advisors (for example tax advisors, accounting firms) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service;
11.Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop financial staff to ensure that the organization's accounting activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards;
12.Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related major;
2.Min 5 years work experience in financial related area and min 3 years in management role;
3. Good English both in written and oral;
4.Middle-level accounting certification, CPA or equivalent preferred;
5.SAP working experience is preferred.
